Kelly Szwed

Certified Organizational Development Coach and Director of Coaching Development

Kelly Szwed is a Business Coach and the Event On-Site Liaison for Hurricane Marketing Enterprises. She comes to the HME team with a professional background in marketing, advertising, public relations, event planning and small business development spanning almost twenty years.

Prior to joining HME, Kelly was a marketing liaison with a private duty homecare company, where she successfully liaised with hospitals, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities and assisted living communities. She generated referrals from both new and existing sources, which led to increased revenue for the agency.

Kelly’s experiences in B2B and B2C sales and marketing, along with her passion for entrepreneurship as a former business owner in holistic health, and a home care marketer makes her a great addition to the HME coaching team.

Kelly studied Psychology at Rider University, received state certification in Holistic Health and Massage Therapy at Health Choices Institute, and has a certification in Event Management from Mercer County Community College She also prides herself as a Certified Life and Business Coach with a certification from World Coach Academy.

David Posner

Business Coach, Hurricane Marketing Enterprises

David has been in healthcare for over 20 years, starting in pharmaceuticals and medical devices before finding his niche in senior care, where he dedicated the last 10 years. He began as an executive Director, managing branches in MD, DC, and VA, overseeing all aspects of the role. He was later promoted to oversee sales reps in MA, IL, TX, GA, and, of course, DC, MD, VA.

After 5 years, the company was acquired, and he transitioned to HomeCare.com, where we started from scratch. However, within the first year, we had grown it to $2 million in revenue and hired our first representative. By the second year, our revenue had reached $4 million, and by the third year, we had achieved the remarkable $10 million milestone, all through implementing the tips and techniques he acquired at Hurricane/HME bootcamps.

He joined Steve and HME team as a part-time coach nearly four years ago and have had the

opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, both large and small, from the East Coast to the West Coast, and even a few in the heartland.

Scott Weiss

Director Of Business Development

Scott Weiss is the Director of Business Development at Home Care Evolution, focusing on new business opportunities, marketing, and sales. For more than 20 years, Scott has been involved in the acquisition of contracts and clients, along with extensive business management, and client relations development. He has helped countless businesses increase their census, revenue, and profits rapidly, while helping them stabilize their growth so that their successes are long lasting and repeatable. With his extensive experience, Scott brings the knowledge necessary to help any business take their organization to the next level, and make their dreams and visions become reality.

Scott joined Home Care Evolution early in 2023, with the goal of finding innovative ways to grow and ensure the company would continue to reach new heights. Scott’s dynamic personality, along with his extensive sales and management skills, have allowed HCE to perpetually seek out new opportunities to keep up with our ever changing world. Leah has over two decades of experience as a global entrepreneur running two businesses in coaching and communications. For the past five years, she has coached Homecare Evolution executives, coaches, administration, as well as some of their clients. She works behind-the-scenes of their ever increasing growth and success.

Seeing the pivot in business that occurred during the pandemic, and the change in the way CEOs and executives lead their teams, Leah developed an empathetic approach to leadership, management, sales, and employee retention. She is quick to identify the challenges that business owners face in the field and online, helping them implement effective, long-term growth strategies.
