Dawn Bransky

Dawn Bransky has over 26 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist. Mrs. Bransky began her career by first volunteering and then working as a physical therapy aide while pursuing her undergraduate degree in business at the University of Texas at Austin. After graduation, she attended Texas Woman’s University, where she graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP).
Dawn’s physical therapy experiences include time in acute hospital settings, outpatient settings, home health, Director of Rehabilitation for a skilled nursing facility, and Director of Rehabilitation and Owner for a licensed and certified home health company. While in home health, Dawn used her training and expertise as a physical therapist to provide rehabilitation to patients to allow them the opportunity to continue to live at home in a safe environment, and used her role as an owner to develop a culture of putting patient care first.
In 2012, Dawn utilized her years of experience as a clinician and owner of a skilled home health to start a Personal Assistance Services (PAS) agency in Tarrant County. David Posner
Business Coach, Home Care Evolution
David has been in healthcare for over 20 years, starting in pharmaceuticals and medical devices before finding his niche in senior care, where he dedicated the last 10 years. He began as an executive Director, managing branches in MD, DC, and VA, overseeing all aspects of the role. He was later promoted to oversee sales reps in MA, IL, TX, GA, and, of course, DC, MD, VA.
After 5 years, the company was acquired, and he transitioned to HomeCare.com, where we started from scratch. However, within the first year, we had grown it to $2 million in revenue and hired our first representative. By the second year, our revenue had reached $4 million, and by the third year, we had achieved the remarkable $10 million milestone, all through implementing the tips and techniques he acquired at Hurricane/HME bootcamps.
He joined Steve and HME team as a part-time coach nearly four years ago and have had the
opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, both large and small, from the East Coast to the West Coast, and even a few in the heartland.
Kelly Szwed
Certified Organizational Development Coach and Director of Coaching Development, Home Care Evolution
Kelly Szwed is a Business Coach and the Event On-Site Liaison for Home Care Evolution. She comes to the HCE team with a professional background in marketing, advertising, public relations, event planning and small business development spanning almost twenty years.
Prior to joining HCE, Kelly was a marketing liaison with a private duty home care company, where she successfully liaised with hospitals, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities, and assisted living communities. She generated referrals from both new and existing sources, which led to increased revenue for the agency.
Kelly’s experiences in B2B and B2C sales and marketing, along with her passion for entrepreneurship as a former business owner in holistic health, and a home care marketer, make her a great addition to the HCE coaching team.
Kelly studied Psychology at Rider University, received state certification in Holistic Health and Massage Therapy at Health Choices Institute, and has a certification in Event Management from Mercer County Community College. She also prides herself on being a Certified Life and Business Coach with a certification from World Coach Academy.
