Caregiver Training to the Need of the Patient. This module is designed to set up a caregiver for success by making sure every caregiver is individually trained specifically to the NEED of their patient.
How to Properly Start a Case. In this lesson, we will walk you through the preparation of starting a case. We will discuss how to train your Caregivers before going into a client’s home.
Problem Solving & Dealing with Difficult Clients. We will discuss what needs to be done in field visits, what to say to your caregiver and client individually, as well as how to bring them together with the right course of action.
