Melissa Bagley has over fifteen years of industry experience. She most recently was a VP of Marketing for a Private Duty Home Care Company for 3.5 years overseeing 15 Senior Care Liaisons within 9 different offices throughout Florida. Melissa has extensive experience with startups, as well as established (10+ Million Dollar Agencies) home care companies.

She has developed numerous marketing plans that have guaranteed growth year over year no matter how big or small the company. She has recently led the charge in creating new methods and best practices for marketing under the new guidelines and restrictions related to COVID-19 for us.

Kelly Szwed

Certified Organizational Development Coach and Certified Business Coach

Kelly Szwed is a Business Coach and the Event On-Site Liaison for Hurricane Marketing Enterprises. She comes to the HME team with a professional background in marketing, advertising, public relations, event planning and small business development spanning almost twenty years.

Prior to joining HME, Kelly was a marketing liaison with a private duty homecare company, where she successfully liaised with hospitals, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities and assisted living communities. She generated referrals from both new and existing sources, which led to increased revenue for the agency.

Kelly’s experiences in B2B and B2C sales and marketing, along with her passion for entrepreneurship as a former business owner in holistic health, and a home care marketer makes her a great addition to the HME coaching team.

Kelly studied Psychology at Rider University, received state certification in Holistic Health and Massage Therapy at Health Choices Institute, and has a certification in Event Management from Mercer County Community College She also prides herself as a Certified Life and Business Coach with a certification from World Coach Academy.

Leah Kosatsky

Leah has over two decades of experience as a global entrepreneur running two businesses in coaching and communications. For the past five years, she has coached Homecare Evolution executives, coaches, administration, as well as some of their clients. She works behind-the-scenes of their ever increasing growth and success.

Seeing the pivot in business that occurred during the pandemic, and the change in the way CEOs and executives lead their teams, Leah developed an empathetic approach to leadership, management, sales, and employee retention. She is quick to identify the challenges that business owners face in the field and online, helping them implement effective, long-term growth strategies.

An advocate that smart, lucrative leadership is an inside job, Leah teaches a proven 5-step process to help you achieve steady business growth, manage your team with more ease, and live a purposeful and fulfilling life.

During the Homecare Evolution Conference, Leah will present a breakout session on the topic of “Empathetic Leadership” alongside Coach Kelly, as well as deliver a keynote on “The Myth of Work-Life Balance”.

Alex Winningham

Alex joins the Hurricane Coaching Team with nearly a decade in the healthcare industry. Starting in Assisted Living, she learned the value of listening. Each family would come in with different circumstances, and her job was to listen, affirm and guide them to the right choice. Experiencing what its like from the inside of a community brought her the insight she needed when she transitioned into home care.

Joining the home care world as a marketing representative, she quickly climbed the ranks in the industry. After just 6 months, she volunteered to co-lead a networking group of 65 people and after a few short years, helped grow it to over 300 people. She became a master networker, dynamic speaker and “go-to” girl in the senior care industry.

When Alex isn’t working, she enjoys time with her (almost) teenage son, 2 chihuahuas and friends. Her passion for health & wellness encompasses meditation, holistic modalities, yoga, infrared sauna sessions and developing a growth mindset through daily education and self reflection.

She believes all people can have the life they desire. With determination, consistency and an open mind, anything is possible.

David Posner

Business Coach, Hurricane Marketing Enterprises

David Posner is a Business Coach for Hurricane Marketing Enterprises. He comes to the HME team with a professional background in sales, marketing, operations, and business development. David started his career in the health care industry over 10 years ago as a pharmaceutical sales representative.

His sales success and innate leadership quickly led him from sales representative to the the sales management development program, where he was able to aid the marketing team in launching new products, train sales representatives on ipad technology and manage the inside sales team.

David’s passion for seniors brought him to a private homecare company as the
Executive Director where he oversaw the Maryland, DC and Virginia branches. Over the next 3 years he helped increase the revenue to over $12 million and when he moved to the position of Regional Sales Director he doubled the size of the sales force.

Recently, David joined forces with another private duty company as the VP of Business Development. His focus has been to create and oversee the company’s first outside sales team, leading the team to over $2 million in sales within the first year.

Anne-Lise Gere, SPHR works with home care agencies across the country. She provides HR guidance and works on creating strong HR systems with franchise owners and independent agencies.

She also specializes in caregiver recruitment and retention strategies for agencies of all sizes. She writes weekly blogs on HR in Home Care, employment compliance and employee relations for small and growing businesses.


Anne-Lise is a committed HR professional. Since 2010, she serves as a subject matter expert with HR Certification Institute where she contributes to exam development for the SPHR, aPHR, SPHRi designations. HRCI provides the highest standard of professional credentialing for HR professionals worldwide.

Richele Wilkins

President and Administrator of Caring Hands Home Health Inc. 

Richele Wilkins is the President and Administrator of Caring Hands Home Health, Inc. She graduated from Prairie View A&M University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Richele moved from Texas to North Carolina shortly after graduating and settled in the Triad, the community she has come to love. She worked for Baptist Hospital as a young nurse but quickly fell in love with the elderly and disabled adult population.

Richele worked for Evergreens Senior Healthcare for 5 years and excelled in several different positions, including 11-7 Shift Supervisor and Unit Director of Nursing. In 2001 the dream for a home care agency was fulfilled and Caring Hands Home Health was born. From then until now, Richele Wilkins has made it a daily mission to put the clients and employees first and to lead a company that strives to provide the very best in in-home care. Richele always says, “There may come a time for a nursing home but until then we want to keep our clients happy at home because we all know…There’s No Place Like Home.”

Sadie Kvenild

Vice President and Co-Owner of Peggy’s Home Care

Sadie Kvenild started her career as a private caregiver with her mother Peggy. She is a natural born leader who starting to manage people at the age of 18. Sadie grew up on a ranch and would rather ride a horse than go to school. In 2009 her and Peggy Co-founded Peggy’s Home Care. Sadie is passionate about helping people and entrepreneurship. She thinks of herself as a self-taught Social Entrepreneur.  She enjoys spending time in nature with her family, rock climbing and being around animals.
