Melissa Bagley, Home Care Coach with Hurricane Marketing Enterprises, has 20+ years of Healthcare industry experience. She currently works for Hurricane Marketing Enterprises (Also known as Home Care Evolution), where she coaches Home Care owners and their team with their marketing, operations, recruitment & retention needs. Melissa has extensive experience and success with all levels of Home Care Companies from startups to established (10+ Million Dollar Agencies) home care companies across the country.

Within the last few years, she has created and developed several coaching classes with Hurricane Marketing Enterprises, and is now being offered to hundreds of clients. Her most popular classes include, but not limited to, “How to Market During Lockdown,” “How to Marketing After Lockdown,” and “Marketing Strategies using” Melissa prides herself with the tremendous knowledge and experience she has obtained during her career, and continues to challenge herself and her clients to exceed personal and business goals. Prior to becoming a Coach, she was a VP of Marketing & Business Partner for a Home Care Nurse Registry in Florida for 3.5 years. Melissa oversaw the marketing & business development of the company throughout the offices in Florida. 

Kelly Szwed

Certified Organizational Development Coach and Certified Business Coach

Kelly Szwed is both a Certified Organizational Development Coach and Certified Business Coach with Hurricane Marketing Enterprises. She has come to the HME team with a professional background in marketing, advertising, public relations, event planning, and small business development spanning more than twenty years.

Prior to joining HME, Kelly was a marketing liaison with a private duty home care company, where she successfully liaised with hospitals, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities, and assisted living communities. She generated referrals from both new and existing sources, which led to increased revenue for the agency.

Kelly’s experiences in B2B and B2C sales and marketing, along with her passion for entrepreneurship as a former business owner in holistic health, and a home care marketer makes her a great addition to the HME coaching team. Some of her previous professional roles included project management at a prestigious Philadelphia-based advertising agency, as well as the Marketing Coordinator for a privately held family distribution business.

Kelly prides herself on her commitment to ongoing professional development. She has recently acquired several additional professional certifications including Organizational Development Coaching in 2021, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner in 2022 from Symbiosis Coaching. She has held the Certified Life and Business Coach certification from World Coach Academy since 2014.

Kelly has also studied Psychology at Rider University. Kelly holds her Professional Therapy State Certificate from Health Choices Institute. She also holds a certification in Event Management from Mercer County Community College.

Executive Director & Business Coach

Nicole Peretti is the Executive Director at Hurricane Marketing Enterprises.  She oversees all of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the business is run properly.  

Some of Nicole’s responsibilities include accounting, quality control, business analytics and supervision of freelance employees.  She works hard to ensure that all clients and potential clients receive the best possible service from HME.  

Nicole is also a coach with the company, and has worked one-on-one with many clients, showing them the ropes and helping them to learn the in’s and out’s of HME’s programs.  She guides clients and motivates them to stay focused on growing their revenue.

SPHR, Gere Consulting

Anne-Lise Gere, SPHR works with home care agencies across the country. She provides HR guidance and works on creating strong HR systems with franchise owners and independent agencies.

She also specializes in caregiver recruitment and retention strategies for agencies of all sizes. She writes weekly blogs on HR in Home Care, employment compliance and employee relations for small and growing businesses.

Anne-Lise is a committed HR professional. Since 2010, she serves as a subject matter expert with HR Certification Institute where she contributes to exam development for the SPHR, aPHR, SPHRi designations. HRCI provides the highest standard of professional credentialing for HR professionals worldwide.
