Hey everyone! Thanks for tuning in. As a business owner I put out a lot of content on various channels to attract potential customers. Why you may ask? To gain traffic to my business.  On this week’s episode of A Drink With “The Hurricane” I will discuss how to get customers inside your sales funnel.

The three main goals you need to accomplish are to get people to:

  1. Know you
  2. Like you
  3. Trust you

By providing free content as well as posting regularly you are creating a relationship with the public. The more the public see your company’s name the better it is for business.

Here are some ways to get your company’s name out there:

  • Social media
  • Direct marketing
  • Distributing your company’s newsletter

Social media plays a huge contribution when it comes to getting my company’s name out there. By using numerous social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn I am able to target my business to millions of people in the matter of seconds.

This is all a part of my sales funnel. A sales funnel is a technique I use to get potential clients. How? By providing content to the public I am able to get potential clients to know, like, and trust me. You may be asking Steve, how is this possible?

Here’s what I do:

I post daily on social media. By providing relevant articles pertaining to homecare I am showing my followers my passion as well as dedication to the industry.  By continuously posting 2-3 times a day I am creating a bond with this follower which makes them feel like they know me as an individual.

To take this one step farther, I provide them with free marketing content to determine if the potential customer likes my services.  By providing the public with free content they are seeing a snip it of what my services can do for them. If they like the content this will lead to the trust factor and this will get you a sale.

(Risk reward, gives your credibility)
